Kensho Watanabe
Assistant Conductor
The Philadelphia Orchestra

Music House is an intensive summer program affording college students and young professionals the opportunity to work for 17 days with principal players and other members of The Philadelphia Orchestra.

This tailor-made summer music festival emphasizes solo performance, symphony orchestra, repertory orchestra, chamber music, orchestral audition preparation, mock auditions, and competitions on the estate-like grounds of Bryn Mawr College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.

We are excited to announce our orchestra conductor for the 2017 Music House season: Maestro Kensho Watanabe, Assistant Conductor of The Philadelphia Orchestra.

Congratulations again to our 2016 Concerto Competition finalists!
